PROFAUNA is a full-service veterinary hospital offering everything from emergency care and surgeries to routine checkups and grooming. As they expanded their services and opened new locations, they needed a consistent visual brand that resonated with their clients’ emotional connection to their pets.
The Challenge
PROFAUNA’s leadership team approached me with a key objective:
“We need visuals that reflect our professionalism and warmth—without feeling overly corporate. Our clients are families.”
They lacked cohesive imagery across their:
Clinic interiors
Staff introductions
Social media posts
New location announcements
They needed someone who could work around patients and live environments without disrupting workflow—someone who understood how to combine branding + emotional connection.
My Role
I partnered with PROFAUNA to deliver a full-scale content package, including:
Photos of doctors, nurses, and front-desk staff
Environmental photos of clinics, tools, and waiting rooms
Candid shots of real patients (pets and owners)
Creative direction for banner ads, web headers, and in-clinic posters
Delivery of social media-ready content with optimized dimensions
Strategy & Execution
1. Onboarding with the Admin & Marketing Team
We held a kickoff call to discuss brand values, color schemes, clinic workflow, and how much time I’d have in each location.
2. Photo Session Logistics
Shot live interactions with pets and owners during clinic hours
Captured staff moments during low patient flow for team bios
Created visual consistency between multiple clinic locations
I maintained a non-intrusive presence to make pets (and humans) feel comfortable, and worked with available light and neutral backdrops to keep branding clean.
3. Post-Production & Delivery
Cropped versions for web banners and social reels
Optimized image sizes for fast page loads
Delivered folders sorted by use case: “About Page,” “Team,” “Promos,” “Instagram”
