Printful, one of the world’s leading on-demand printing platforms, opened its production facility in Tijuana as part of its global expansion. With a strong emphasis on brand identity and company culture, they needed high-quality photography to support their international website, recruitment campaigns, internal training guides, and social media presence.

The Challenge

  • Represent the facility on the Printful global corporate website

  • Support local recruitment campaigns with engaging and authentic visuals

  • Document key production processes for internal training and SOPs

  • Capture the spirit and values of the Printful workforce in Mexico

  • Operate seamlessly during working hours without disrupting production

My Role

  • Pre-production coordination with HR and Operations

  • A detailed shot list covering branding, culture, and workflow documentation

  • On-site photography sessions across multiple areas of the facility

  • Post-production and delivery optimized for different end uses (web, internal, social)

Strategy & Approach

1. Visual Planning

  • Held meetings with HR and corporate communications teams to identify key messaging

  • Created a visual plan and mood board for each area: office, production floor, break areas

  • Ensured all visuals would align with Printful’s global branding standards

2. On-Site Execution

  • Captured real-time workflow, team collaboration, and production sequences

  • Included portraiture, lifestyle, and process detail shots

  • Worked around live operations with minimal interference

3. Post-Production & Delivery

  • Edited all images to maintain consistency in color, light, and tone

  • Delivered formatted versions for:

    • Web (high-res horizontal and square)

    • Social media (vertical and story format)

    • Internal documents and signage

Results

  • Content was successfully published across Printful’s global corporate channels
