Printful, one of the world’s leading on-demand printing platforms, opened its production facility in Tijuana as part of its global expansion. With a strong emphasis on brand identity and company culture, they needed high-quality photography to support their international website, recruitment campaigns, internal training guides, and social media presence.
The Challenge
Represent the facility on the Printful global corporate website
Support local recruitment campaigns with engaging and authentic visuals
Document key production processes for internal training and SOPs
Capture the spirit and values of the Printful workforce in Mexico
Operate seamlessly during working hours without disrupting production
My Role
Pre-production coordination with HR and Operations
A detailed shot list covering branding, culture, and workflow documentation
On-site photography sessions across multiple areas of the facility
Post-production and delivery optimized for different end uses (web, internal, social)
Strategy & Approach
1. Visual Planning
Held meetings with HR and corporate communications teams to identify key messaging
Created a visual plan and mood board for each area: office, production floor, break areas
Ensured all visuals would align with Printful’s global branding standards
2. On-Site Execution
Captured real-time workflow, team collaboration, and production sequences
Included portraiture, lifestyle, and process detail shots
Worked around live operations with minimal interference
3. Post-Production & Delivery
Edited all images to maintain consistency in color, light, and tone
Delivered formatted versions for:
Web (high-res horizontal and square)
Social media (vertical and story format)
Internal documents and signage
